WEIGHT VOLUME QUANTITY INGREDIENT SCALING INSTRUCTIONS
    steak  
  1. pan fry your steak. cover in foil on a plate to rest.
  2. add garlic and scallions (and more oil if necessary)
  3. stir fry 1-2 minutes
  4. add vinegar and soju. bring to a boil, scraping pan with wooden spoon to deglaze
  5. add chicken stock. bring to a boil again. reduce for 1-2 minutes.
  6. add coconut milk and any juice from the resting steak
  5 whole 5 whole scallions  
  3 clove 3 clove garlic (crushed)  
  1 tbsp 1 tbsp grated ginger  
  1/2 cup 1/2 cup chicken stock  
  2 tbsp 2 tbsp soju (todo: thai liquor?)  
  2 tbsp 2 tbsp rice vinegar  
  2 tbsp 2 tbsp chili garlic paste  
  1 cup 1 cup coconut milk
