  3 whole 3 whole chicken breast  
  1. rinse chicken, trim off fat or extras and then cut into 1 inch cubes. season with salt and pepper.
  2. mix cornstarch, flour, salt & pepper together.
  3. mix eggs and milk together.
  4. set up a breading station and dip chicken into flour-cornstarch mix, then eggs, then back into the flour-cornstarch mix.
  5. heat oil in large skillet and cook chicken until browned.
  6. place browned chicken into a 9x13 baking dish.
  1 tsp 1 tsp salt  
  1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp pepper  
  1 cup 1 cup cornstarch  
  1 cup 1 cup all purpose flour  
  2 whole 2 whole eggs (beaten)  
  1/4 cup 1/4 cup milk  
  1/2 cup 1/2 cup canola oil  
  3/4 cup 3/4 cup sugar  
  1. whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. pour sauce evenly over chicken and turn the pieces so the sauce gets on both sides.
  3. bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. at the end of 15 minutes, turn chicken and then cook for an additional 15 minutes.
  5. serve over rice with a side of steamed broccoli.
