WEIGHT VOLUME QUANTITY INGREDIENT SCALING INSTRUCTIONS
  1 tbsp 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard (Ground (Freshly Toasted))  
  1. toast whole spices in a dry skillet until fragrant, then remove from heat to avoid burning them.
  2. grind spices after they had a few minutes to cool down.
  3. mix with rest of ingredients in a jar.
  1 tbsp 1 tbsp cumin (Ground (Freshly Toasted))  
  2 tbsp 2 tbsp smoked paprika  
  1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp cloves (Ground)  
  2 tbsp 2 tbsp dry garlic (Ground)  
  1 tsp 1 tsp chili flakes (Ground)  
  1 1/2 tsp 1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder  
  1 1/2 tsp 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon (Ground)  
  6 tbsp 6 tbsp mexican chili (Ground)  
  2 tbsp 2 tbsp chipotle chili (Ground)  
  2 tbsp 2 tbsp mexican oregano (Crushed)
