WEIGHT VOLUME QUANTITY INGREDIENT SCALING INSTRUCTIONS
  1 tsp 1 tsp powdered ginger (or 1 tablespoon if using fresh)  
  1. mix all ingredients in small bowl, or directly in plastic bag.
  2. place salmon skin side up in the marinade. allow to set for no more than 30 minutes.
  3. cook salmon in sauté pan to desired doneness.
  4. do not pour marinade into pan because it will blacken and burn, probably ruining the pan.
