WEIGHT VOLUME QUANTITY INGREDIENT INSTRUCTIONS
  7 whole (large) 7 whole large eggs
  1. preheat oven to 180c
  2. whisk eggs in a large bowl
  3. add cream and spices. mix till combined.
  4. grease muffin tin thoroughly with cooking spray
  5. pour equal amounts of the egg mixture into each cup
  6. add chopped bacon to each cup
  7. add grated cheese to each cup
  8. bake at 180c for about 15-20 minutes. mixture will rise and should go a golden brown colour.
  9. remove from muffin tin and let cool.
  10. store in airtight container in fridge. lasts for 4 days.

100-200 g   100-200 g grated cheese
  50-150 ml 50-150 ml cream
    spices (salt (pepper, mustard, origanum))
