    bacon / pancetta  
  1. melt butter in a frying pan
  2. crush garlic
  3. cook bacon / pancetta with the garlic in the pan
  4. mix eggs, salt, pepper, ricotta and parmesan
  5. boil the pasta
  6. lift the pasta over to the frying pan with a little bit of water
  7. take the pan of the heat and add the egg mix
  8. stir until the eggs are not running
