WEIGHT VOLUME QUANTITY INGREDIENT SCALING INSTRUCTIONS
  1 cup 1 cup chicken broth  
  1. cook onion and celery until tender, do not brown.
  2. brown sausage
  3. add butter to sausage drippings.
  4. put about 1/3 bread crumbs in large bowl. add onion, celery, sausage and butter - mix well.
  5. add broth as necessary to moisten - less moist if it will be in the turkey, more moisture if it will be out of the turkey.
  6. bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.

1/2 lb   1/2 lb italian sausage  
  3/4 cup 3/4 cup diced onion  
  1 cup 1 cup diced celery  
  3/4 cup 3/4 cup melted butter  
  8 cup 8 cup dried bread crumbs
