WEIGHT VOLUME QUANTITY INGREDIENT INSTRUCTIONS
  6 cup 6 cup flour
  1. mix together with pastry cutter (or clean hands).
  2. roll out on a floured surface.
  3. makes around 6 single crust or 3 double crust pies (9 inch pan).
  4. you can mix the first 3 ingredients and leave on counter in an air tight bowl for 3-4 weeks. when ready to make pie, take out approx. 1 c of mixture, add a little cold water and roll out for pie.
  2 1/4 cup 2 1/4 cup lard (can be a little soft (but still cold))
  3/4 tsp 3/4 tsp salt
  1 cup 1 cup ice cold water
