455 g   455 g salmon fillets
  1. place salmon fillets into a medium, non-porous glass dish
  2. in a separate bowl combine olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, onions, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, sesame oil and salt
  3. whisk together well and pour over fish
  4. cover and marinate in fridge for 4-6 hours
  5. preheat bbq and lightly brush with oil
  6. grill fillets for 10 minutes per inch of thickness measure at thickest part, or until fish just flakes with a fork
  7. turn over halfway through cooking and serve with salad
