  10 whole 10 whole drumsticks  
  1. mix together the shallots, onions, vinegar, oil, coconut aminos, salt (2 large pinches), fish sauce, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. mix in drumsticks
  3. marinade in fridge for a few hours
  4. preheat oven to 375f
  5. arrange the chicken in an oven-safe baking dish, sprinkle on some fines herbes seasoning†
  6. bake the chicken for 40-45 minutes, flipping the pieces halfway through the cooking time.
