WEIGHT VOLUME QUANTITY INGREDIENT SCALING INSTRUCTIONS
  2 1/2 cup 2 1/2 cup blanched almond flour  
  1. preheat the oven to 350f.
  2. mix dry ingredients.
  3/4 tsp 3/4 tsp baking soda  
  1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp salt  
  1 whole 1 whole ethically sourced egg  
  1. mix wet ingredients. add wet to dry.
  1/4 cup 1/4 cup agave or honey  
  1 tbsp 1 tbsp vanilla  
  1 tbsp 1 tbsp finely grated orange rind  
  1 tsp 1 tsp natural orange flavoring  
    ⅓ cup dried cranberries  
  1. stir the cranberries into the wet ingredients and stir everything together with a fork.
  2. using a spring-loaded ice cream scoop, scoop out six even portions and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. with wet hands, flatten dough and smooth the sides a bit.
  4. bake for 12-15 minutes.
