WEIGHT VOLUME QUANTITY INGREDIENT SCALING INSTRUCTIONS
  400 ml 400 ml coconut milk from a can (14 oz)  
  1. mix tapioca with about 1/3 of the coconut milk.
  2. add the rest of the ingredients when all of the tapioca is dissolved.
  3. set aside for 12 - 24 hours at 40 degrees celsius.
  4. chill for at least 6 hours in the refrigerator.
  15 ml 15 ml tapioca starch (1 tblspoon)  
  2 whole 2 whole capsules probiotics (without casing)
