WEIGHT VOLUME QUANTITY INGREDIENT SCALING INSTRUCTIONS
  2 tbsp 2 tbsp olive oil  
  1. preheat oven to 350 deg f. in a 9x13" baking dish, drizzle olive oil, crushed garlic and red pepper flakes over oil.
  2. arrange chicken breasts at on top of that.
  3. put 2 cups of marinara sauce over the chicken.
  4. on top, sprinkle fresh chopped basil leaves.
  5. sprinkle 4 oz mozzarella and 2 oz parmesan cheese - that's half of what we have.
  6. then spread garlic croutons on top of the cheese spread.
  7. top it off with the rest of the 4 oz mozzarella and 2 oz of parmesan.
  8. bake for about 35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

  6 whole 6 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts (i used 5 (but they were huge!))  
  2 cup 2 cup marinara sauce  
  1/4 cup 1/4 cup chopped basil

4 oz   4 oz parmesan (grated)  
5 oz 1 package 5 oz (1 package) garlic croutons
