WEIGHT VOLUME QUANTITY INGREDIENT SCALING INSTRUCTIONS
    ground beef  
  1. ground the pepperoni in a food processor. (you can finely dice them instead, but i have better remarks from grinding).
  2. mix the pepperoni and beef together until it does not crumble apart.
  3. slowly add a small amount of pizza sauce to the mix. pizza sauce will make the mixture wet so then apply a small amount of parmesan to the mix to help dry it out and stick together.
  4. repeat step 3 to desired consistency while kneading the mixture together. treat it like you are making meatloaf.
  5. form patties and grill.
  6. before removing, place a piece of mozzarella on top.
  7. serve on a toasted onion roll with pizza sauce as the condiment.
