WEIGHT VOLUME QUANTITY INGREDIENT SCALING INSTRUCTIONS
4 lb   4 lb pork shoulder  
  1. mix spices and rub the meat
  2. brown in a dutch oven
  3. add the water, quartered onions, and peeled squashed garlic and bring to a simmer
  4. move to a 350 degree oven for two hours
  5. remove and shred the meat.
  1 whole 1 whole white onion
