WEIGHT VOLUME QUANTITY INGREDIENT SCALING INSTRUCTIONS
  5 whole 5 whole thick pork chops  
  1. spread 1 cup brown sugar in bottom of baking dish. pour 1/2 cup ketchup and 1/8 cup lemon juice over brown sugar. place pork chops on top and spread remaining brown sugar, ketchup and lemon juice over chops.
  2. bake uncovered at 325 degrees f for 1 1/2 hours, turning once. the last 15 minutes, increase oven temperature to 425 degrees f to candy the chops.
