1 kg   1 kg premium beef mince
  1. soften and brown onions in a pan with butter
  2. mix all ingredients except the oil into a large bowl with your hands - season with salt and black pepper
  3. roll the mixture into balls the size of a walnut and flatten with your hands
  4. pour oil onto the bbq and fry the rissoles over medium heat so they cook through
  5. drain onto paper towel
  6. serve with a dip of light sour cream, chopped dill, black pepper and lemon juice
