  2 whole 2 whole ripe bananas  
  1. preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. mix all of the wet ingredients and bananas in a stand mixer.
  1/2 cup 1/2 cup coconut oil  
  1/3 cup 1/3 cup maple syrup  
  1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp vanilla  
  1 tsp 1 tsp cinnamon  
    pinch of sea salt  
  3-4 cup 3-4 cup thick-cut (old-fashioned oats)  
  1. add oats and let the machine run for a few minutes.
  1 cup 1 cup hemp seeds  
  1. add hemp seeds. scrape the sides until nice and clumpy.
  1/2 cup 1/2 cup walnuts  
  1. add walnuts.
  2. spread granola onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. bake for 25-30 minutes, spreading and turning with a wooden spoon ever so often to make sure everything browns nice and evenly.
  1/2 cup 1/2 cup banana chips  
  1. let cool, then stir in banana chips and chocolate.
  1/4 cup 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
