WEIGHT VOLUME QUANTITY INGREDIENT SCALING INSTRUCTIONS
1 lb   1 lb ground pork
  1. in a large bowl, mix all of the above ingredients together making sure to fully combine. don’t be afraid to get your hands in there and mix things up too. it works great and it’s better for the meat.
  2. let everything sit together for at least 30 minutes. if you can swing it, letting them sit overnight will make them mighty tasty too. it lets everything blend together. but if you don’t have that kind of time, 30 minutes at least.
  3. then form into 6 equal portioned burger patties.
  4. heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. once hot, place burgers on grill pan and allow them to cook on one side for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. once cooked on one side flip and cook on other side until completely cooked and no longer pink in the middle.
  6. serve immediately. if you have leftover, store in refrigerator and reheat in a skillet on both sides for a few minutes just to heat. or eat them cold, whatever floats your boat.
