WEIGHT VOLUME QUANTITY INGREDIENT SCALING INSTRUCTIONS
  1/4 cup 1/4 cup melted butter  
  1. preheat oven to 400f
  2. mix butter, mustard, and honey in one bowl, and mix the bread crumbs and almonds in another
  3. brush each fillet with liquid on all sides
  4. sprinkle bread crumb mixture on top of each fillet
  5. bake 14 minutes.
